Quickly and briefly. Ptelevision started a decade ago when I couldn’t watch TV. Without access to my favorite past time I tried other things. I tried writing, painting, photography, you name it. Ptv is what I did when nothing was on or when I didn’t have access to Tv. Now you can catch up on what I’ve done and what I’m doing. I warn you, only watch when you have nothing else to do.
